I recently visited Dr. George Tang for left hip pain and was impressed by his thoroughness. I appreciated that he took x-rays of both hips, my knees, and spine, not just the affected hip. This showed his concern for my overall health and consideration for the possibility that my hip pain could be caused by another area. I had previously been diagnosed with arthritis and early stages of osteoarthritis by another orthopedic group, but what I wanted most was to hear about alternative options to hip replacement. Dr. Tang provided the reassurance I needed, and if surgery is ultimately required, I feel comfortable with moving forward with him. Maybe?😏He is exceptional!
