I recently had my first appointment at this office and was surprised by the negative reviews. My experience was wonderful. The front office staff was accommodating and helpful, and the office was clean and pleasant. I was quickly taken for X-rays and Dr. Borenstein was nice and took the time to answer all my questions. His assistant, Cassandra, was warm and informative, making sure I had her business card before leaving. The women at the checkout desk also made the experience pleasant. I would advise anyone considering this orthopedic office to not pay attention to the negative reviews and give Huntington Orthopedics a chance. 🙂
